People grow old whether we like it or not. What we can only do is to delay it for some more years by keeping ourselves healthy and active. Even our metabolism slows down finding it quite hard to join in vigorous activities we used to do when we were younger. But in some cases, there are senior citizens (60 years old and above) who were still able to do some if not all of their regular hobbies as before. We cannot tell if they are using metabolism boosters as arginmax or simply keeping a dynamic life to be healthy as ever. Or the truth in the idiomatic expression that getting old is just a state of mind, if you think you’re old, your body will follow. So think young and feel young.
