We know now a days that children spend more of their spare time indoor, playing different kind of video games and watching TV. But if they will be allowed to play more outside it will be beneficial for their body and mind. It will make them active and be creative by exploring the things around them. Physically it will give them strength and endurance to tackle any activities they want to try. It will also teach them to play and interact with other children. Playing outdoor gives the children the feeling of being in the big world and the freedom to express themselves, they can run, shout, jump and be themselves which they cannot do or restricted when inside their homes.
