Our bedroom have two big windows and made of clear glass, I used to put lace curtains on them, but in the afternoon hot sunlight goes in and passed through the thin curtains which made the room humid and uncomfortable. The air conditioner had to be switched to the coolest to cool the room. Now, we’re using blinds (like the one on the photo) instead of curtains to block the sun rays from going through windows, to save on energy and on our electric bill.
